Images downloaded from the Boise Convention and Visitors Bureau Photo Tour site are intended for one-time editorial use only to promote travel to Boise. Images may not be copied, distributed or used for any other purpose. Any other use (i.e. advertising, business promotion, relocation efforts, etc.) requires written authorization from the photographer(s) and the Boise Convention and Visitors Bureau. Failure to comply with photo usage policies may result in fees and/or punitive damages as assessed by the photographer(s).

Photo credits are required and must be placed adjacent to any use of our photography. At minimum, the credit should read "Photo courtesy Boise Convention and Visitors Bureau."
